And now for something completely different.
Apparently the Windy City has a bit of a pest problem.
When Susana Mendoza was sworn in as Chicago’s City Clerk, she soon discovered that she would be working with cockroaches.
Chicago’s CBS affiliate is reporting that cockroaches are residing in Chicago’s City Hall, and Chicago’s city clerk is upset about it.
Mendoza told a reporter that her staff members have encountered “Jurassic Park-size roaches.”
As to be expected, Mendoza has asked Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel for help.
One wonders what Rahm Emanuel will actually do with the roaches.
Will he have them exterminated, or will he register them to vote?
