‘Tis the start of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

President Obama has issued his statement praising Islam and its many contributions to humanity.

Recognizing an important date or ritual of a religion is fine for the President of the most religiously tolerant nation on Earth.

Lying about positive contributions made in the name of that religion is another.

Here’s a small quote from his happy message:

These rituals remind us of the principles that we hold in common, and Islam’s role in advancing justice, progress, tolerance, and the dignity of all human beings. Ramadan is a celebration of a faith known for great diversity and racial equality. And here in the United States, Ramadan is a reminder that Islam has always been part of America and that American Muslims have made extraordinary contributions to our country.

When I hear “Islam,” the first impressions that come to mind are “justice, progress, tolerance, and the dignity of all human beings.”

Especially regarding Islam’s treatment of women.

And that giant crater they made for us in Manhattan sure was an “extraordinary contribution.”

Islam has always been part of America .” Absolutely.

When I think of the founding of this country, I think Islam.

This man is a farce. Peel back his carefully constructed veneer, and what you get is a scheming, power-hungry zealot who wishes to change the fundamental values of this nation into something unrecognizable, or at least more acceptable to people who hate us.

What an embarrassment.

What a danger.
