I’ve been invited to another Pentagon conference call, this time with Brigadier Weighill of the British Army. He is Deputy Commander, Civilian Police Assistance Transition Team and will share with us the progress he’s having training the Iraq Police. He has spent time in Northern Ireland, Hong Kong, Macedonia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Cyprus, and now Iraq. If you have some questions you’d like me to ask about the Iraqi police, or anything else Iraq related, post your questions in the comments and I’ll do my best to ask them. There are usually several other bloggers on the call, and I get only two or three questions, so I can’t promise that I’ll ask them all.
I’m still working on the editing of last weeks call with Command Master Sergeant Mellinger, including his opinion of the best way to eat peeps! There were only two of us on that call, so I was able to get into more of a conversation with the Sergeant. I’ll have that podcast up in a day or two.
