No that’s not a new horror movie, it’s the name of the insect that along with millions of it’s relatives is making it’s once in 17 year appearance this week in my neighborhood.

We always get some every year. This particular brood is supposed to be large. It looks like from the map that the Detroit area is just on the edge.
