Time to revoke her bail and throw in the tank until her next court date.

At least this isn’t likely to be used by a captured Al Qaeda agent in a trial. Poor form you know old chap.

Or he could just order to show up sober at the next trial date. If she doesn’t, toss her in jail for contempt, 24 hours should be enough to dry her out. Then start up the trial.

The left will just say that she is a VICTIM of herself and talk her into suing the liquor company.

Should have and would have happened the first time in most jurisdictions.
The same judge problably gave her a leniant bail for the bomb threat.

“How can you “fail to complete a breathalizer test”….what she was too drunk to breath?”
Breathalyzer machines require a relatively substantial volume of air to work. It’s quite common for suspects/defendants to give “insufficient sample” on one or more attempts. This almost always happens because people are deliberately holding back, thinking if they blow less, their results will be lower. That’s not the way it works, but you can’t fight stupidty. Only people with SEVERE respiratory problems REALLY can’t provide sufficient samples. Basically, if you can blow up an ordinary baloon, you can take a breathalyzer.

I’d say a twelve step program rather than twelve steps to the cooler might be what’s really in order.

I never even understood the excitement KIDS get from crank calls… so what’s the thrill for an adult? What’s the pleasure from being such a jerk?
(will never understand evil people)

Justice delayed? I’ll drink to that.
