I noticed the same thing about Kerik earlier today.
Apparently his image is keyed to appear whenver “breasts” and “national security” are used in a story.
Is “trimmed” really the right word here?

So all the Jihadis now know that all they have to do is (1) get a fake driver’s license as a woman, and (2) buy a ticket and board as a woman, and (3) wear false breasts which are actually bombs. Sheesh! Could we spell it out for’em any more easily?!?! What will it take for the TSA to get serious!? Either another horrific attack – God Forbid – or the dissolution of the ACLU.

I KNOW!! The poor guy – these strange traditions seems to embarrass some but as long as they can take it in fun for the kids, I guess it’s worth it.
Like Bush letting turkers go free for Thanksgiving.
And on Bernard Kerik thing; he knew all this stuff and at some point, it would come out. But to allow himself be nominated for a job with all this past problems, embarasses not only the President but those who put that name in front of him – just awful. How embarassing for the President; I would have been really pissed. This guy KNEW beforehand and it should never have gotten that far. Nothing like throwing egg in the President’s face and that pisses me off.
