Nader fights for a fighting chance
Democrats mount major campaign to keep him off ballots
WASHINGTON Ralph Nader’s efforts to get his name on ballots in important swing states as an independent candidate for president are becoming mired in legal challenges and charges of fraud by Democrats who have mounted an extensive campaign to keep him from becoming a factor in this year’s election.
The hypocrisy of the whole “disenfranchised” line really is wearing thin. From trying to throw out military votes to the Bob Torricelli debacle, to this…
It is clear that the only voters they want enfranchised are the ones who vote for the candidate “The Party” wants elected.
I have no problems with that behavior per se- Just spare me the sermons from on high about how they are worried about voters rights. They ain’t.
I’m beginning to think that there should be NO names on the ballots at all.
If a person can’t be bothered to research their choices and then bring them into a booth to write out legibly, then they don’t need to be voting. They need to be back in school working on their spelling and penmanship.
And if they still think that FDR is the best President, fine. Vote for him. And then get back on the bus so we can take you to your rest home for a bonus sponge bath.
While they’re crying about disenfranchisement in FL, the Dems are effectively stealing the gubernatiorial election in NJ.
