If you’re a newspaper reader you’d have been hard pressed to miss the images of flag draped coffins arriving at Dover AFB in the last few days. It turns out many of those pictures, including the ones run in by AP, Reuters, CNN, etc. were of the flag-draped caskets of the Space Shuttle Columbia’s crew.
