Anyone have a favorite php/mySQL poll tool to integrate with their blog? I know about all the free poll sites, but I’d prefer to roll my own and host it here. Leave a link to an example or product page.

phpQuestionnnaire Junior
It was only $49 and they installed it for me free.
It is very easy to integrate with MT and uses CSS and templates.

So far, I am very happy with it. It allow IP banning and has many other nice features.
Matt Wright (the FormMail guy) is very nice and we exchanged several e-mail messages about developing a blog-related product. I suggested that he develop something as an MT add on with a “publish poll to MT” feature.
