Last Weekend’s Caption Contest™ Winners

Last week’s Weekend Caption Contest™ was another hit, it just took a little while to actually get to the judging. In the spirit of the season I’m allowing reader votes to determine the winners, and picking one single judges choice. The assignment last week was to caption the following picture:

President Barack Obama, arms full of pizza, walks out of Del Ray Pizzeria, after a visit, Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011, in Alexandria, Va. (AP Photo/Carolyn Kaster)...

Here are the winning entries:

1) (herddog505) – “At last, a job he’s actually qualified for.

2) (Bird666) – “Doom and gloom hit your eye
Like a big pizza pie
That’s Obama

3) (retired.military) – “Meat lovers pizza – $15
Armani shoes, slacks, shirt and tie – $5000
Delivery by POTUS and 20 SS agents – $200,000
Finding a job that you are finally qualified for and somewhat good at – priceless

4) (Joe_Miller) – “In this version of ‘It’s A Wonderful Life,’ Barack Obama learns what his life would have been like if Affirmative Action had never been born.

5) (PBunyan) – “You better not work,
You better not try,
Just wait for hand-outs,
I’m telling you why:
‘Bammi Claus is comin’ to town.

6) (FormerlyAnonymous) – “The most truthful part of the entire picture are the words “Crime Scene” printed on the yellow tape blocking the sidewalk behind Obama.

The Judges Choice Award goes to:

(Joe_Miller) – “Just like Obama’s campaign promises, the pizza boxes are empty.

Winners for this weekend’s contest will be announced shortly.
