Your daily dose of "I vote Democrat because…"

I vote Democrat because Democrats stay away from Special Interests:

Goldman Sachs CEO visits White House 4 times during SEC investigation

Obama Treasury official who worked on subprime markets is writing consumer financial protection legislation?

An Obama Treasury department official behind the consumer protection language in the proposed financial reform legislation is a former head of the Center for Responsible Lending (CRL), the advocacy wing of a non-profit community development lender funded by none other than John Paulson — the billionaire who worked with Goldman Sachs to package bad mortgages into securities and offer them on the market.

As the old saying goes, it takes a thief …

I vote Democrat because government workers are more responsible than their private sector counterparts:

I vote Democrat because we can always trust the government to tell the truth:

Report says health care will cover more, cost more

… the analysis also found that the law falls short of the president’s twin goal of controlling runaway costs, raising projected spending by about 1 percent over 10 years. That increase could get bigger, since Medicare cuts in the law may be unrealistic and unsustainable, the report warned.

President Obama promised that health care reform would reduce the deficit and save families an average of $2500 a year, remember? Also, there has yet to be a government-funded health care program in the US that has even come close to its projected budgets. Further, the actual costs of Federal health programs (Medicare, Medicaid, SCHIP, etc.) have regularly been anywhere from two to ten times the original cost projections.

I feel so much better voting Democrat. Aren’t you ashamed that you don’t?
