Joe Biden has given us a winner of a quote today, and what he said is so ridiculous and defies any kind of logic that he deserves the Billy Madison quote award. Here‘s what Biden said:
We have to spend money to keep from going bankrupt.
Whaaaa? Based upon that logic, the people who bought too much house, too much boat, too much car, and maxed out their dozens of credit cards should have spent even more money.

At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
