The 10 Spot – Mile High Edition

I’m five miles high on the way to Sin City with several hours to sift through my mountainous inbox to pick out ten things people have sent me that you might not have seen on the wondrous interweb…

  1. Today is the day that lives in infamy. Flashbang has more on the aniversary of Pearl Harbor.

  2. Perhaps it’s symbolic, perhaps not, but the House passed the national intellegence overhall which stalled this summer.

  3. Sean Gleason has Encyclopedia Brown is on The Case of the Misbegotten Memos.

  4. Is Berkeley, the home of MoveOn and Kos, setting the Democratic agenda? Rick Heller makes the case at the Centrist Coalition.

  5. Olbermannwatch – need I say Moore more?

  6. Speaking of Keith Olbermann, my secret plot to get under a guest spot on The Countdown appears to be coming to fruition. He can’t get me out of his head!!!

  7. Wes Roth finds a University of Louisville professor who has this to say about the election, “It was the religious zealots who say they are voting on morals. I think we should all buy AK47’s and shoot them all! That’s what I would suggest, if it were allowed.”

  8. The Baseball Crank has some serious suggestions for CBS News. I’ve got to say his suggested replacement for Dan Rather is a breath of fresh air…

  9. Chuck Simmins has some personal thoughts and words of praise for Chicago’s brave firefighters.

  10. Jay Tea reminds me that I have violated his code of ethics by not announcing winners for the Weekend Caption Contest&tm;. That’s next on my to do list. I’ll have it up in few hours.
