People need to think twice before they accuse Donald Trump of committing treason.
Did Trump order armed men to attack an American military installation? Did he participate in such an attack?
Did Trump put on the military uniform of an entity that declared war on the USA?
Did Trump lead an attack on soldiers wearing U.S. military uniforms?
Did Trump lead a battle against soldiers bearing the American flag?
Did he march under a different flag while leading a battle against soldiers bearing the American flag?
It is ludicrous to accuse Trump of treason in light of the real cases of treason that are a part of U.S. history.
Trump may have done something foolish. However, equating foolishness with treason is beyond the pale.
