So the Iran Agreement…
Should never have been struck as it was not in compliance with the Constitutional Framework of treaties negotiated by the Executive Branch and then being submitted to the Senate for ratification. Shame on the Senate for failing to uphold their Constitutional powers and prerogatives.
Wasn’t in the best interests of the United States of America and our allies. Iran is an openly hostile power that has been waging war against the United States for forty years. Iran under the mad mullahs has been dangerous to its neighbors and has gone out of its way to make war on Israel.
Either of these reasons would have prevented a faithful (to his oath of office) President from striking the deal. Either of these reasons is more than adequate cause to repudiate the Agreement and its author.
