Angola stands up to Islam, US should take note.

I was floored when I saw the linked article from Bare Naked Islam. They do really good work exposing the truth about Islam and I love their tag line: It isn’t Islamophobia when they really ARE trying to kill you.

Let me go on record before I get to the good stuff. Islam has been around for about 13 centuries. In those 13 centuries they’ve added a few things to history.

  • Unilateral wars against every neighbor they’ve every had because their neighbors are “infidels”;
  • Subjugation of women in ways that only a US university educated feminist could approve of;
  • Methods of state sanctioned terrorism and torture that only the US and European progressives could overlook;
  • Creative methods of performing a clitorectemy;
  • Fine tuned religious sanctioned lying to non-Islamic entities for the sake of Islam;
  • Butchery that a slaughterhouse couldn’t even imagine.

There’s lots more, but you get the idea.

Islam is not now, nor has it ever been a “religion of peace”, and George W. Bush had his head firmly planted in his nether regions when he made that misplaced pronouncement. As I noted above, Islamists – Muslims – have been making war on “infidels” since day one. They are naturally born butchers to the bone and the only time they’ve taken a break from butchery is when they were faced with a power who was willing and appeared to be able to wipe them off the face of the earth. They used the downtime to rearm.

Well, all that said, let’s look at what’s happening in Angola. Here’s the lede from the Bare Naked Islam article.

By popular demand, Angolan authorities have taken pre-emptive action and decided to ban the Muslim religion, which they consider a cult, NOT a religion. They see what Muslims are doing to Christians, especially in Africa, and are taking steps to prevent the same from happening in Angola.

“What Muslims are doing to Christians…” From an article by Breitbart

On Thursday, Breitbart News reported on recent attacks on Christians in the Middle East and wondered why it took an attack on an Anglican church for Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby to finally condemn the violence. Pope Francis has consistently spoken about and condemned the slaughter of Christians in the Middle East, but where are the politicians and, more importantly, the American churches?

Attacks last weekend brought this important story to the front page. Two suicide bombers blew up an Anglican church last Sunday in Pakistan and killed over 85 worshipers. On September 21, 10 to 15 members of the radical Islam terrorist group al-Shabaab stormed an Israeli-owned mall and targeted non-Muslims, killing at least 61 civilians; the death toll is expected to increase once all the bodies are recovered inside.

The fact is this has been going on for decades. Christianity was born in the Middle East and it is literally dying out in the region at the hands of radical jihadists.

Let me repeat, butchers. B.U.T.C.H.E.R.S. The whole article is worth a read as background for the story in Angola.

We’re pointing out this story today because, as Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA) said in a letter to Catholic and Protestant leaders…

In his letter challenging U.S. religious leaders, Wolf quoted Lutheran pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer, who was executed for his efforts in the Nazi resistance: “Silence in the face of evil is itself evil. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.”

From Bare Naked Islam…

Xibaaru In early October 2013, the Muslims living in Luanda in the municipality of Viana Zango were shocked to see the minaret of their mosque dismantled into pieces on the ground without permission. On Thursday 03 October in the morning, the Angolan authorities decided to destroy the mosque Zango located in the urban district of Viana 17 km. The governor of Luanda Bento announced in a radio spot that radical Muslims are not welcome in Angola and the Angolan government is not ready for the legalization of mosques in Angola.

And on Tuesday, November 19, the Minister of Culture, Rosa Cruz e Silva said. “Regarding Islam, the legalization process has not been approved by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. Therefore all mosques would be closed until further notice. “ It should be noted that the Angolan government has made closing of all mosques a priority. The only two mosques located in Luanda have already received a warning document signed by the mayor of the municipality of Viana José Moreno.

Poste reveille (h/t Susan K) The provincial governor of Luanda, Bento Bento, said on the airwaves of local radio that “radical Muslims are not welcome in Angola and the Angolan government is not ready for the legalization of mosques.” Minister of Culture, Rosa Cruz e Silva explained that the law on freedom of religion will be reviewed given the current national context , noting that the Government will redouble its efforts to fight relentlessly against religious cults like Islam which are contrary to the customs of Angolan culture.
