Today’s Olympic Babe Of The Day is Lolo Jones (real name Lori Jones), an American track and field athlete who specializes in the 60 and 100 meter hurdles. She won three NCAA titles and garnered 11 All-American honors while at LSU, and famously hit the last hurdle on the in the finals of the 100 meter hurdles at the Beijing Olympics in 2008 dashing an apparent gold medal run.

Jones is famous for her beauty, openness about her personal life, sharing on Twitter, and her virginity. She’s controversial and one of the most recognizable faces of the U.S. Olympic team. She’s in London to capture the gold that eluded her in 2008. So far she’s on her way. but there’s always the specter of a misstep that would end her dream.

Here’s a portion of her recent appearance on HBO’s Real Sports where she talks about her virginity.

Update: Jones came in fourth in the finals of the 100 meter hurdles, missing out on a medal. This led some media outlets to dub her the Anna Kournikova of track. She was not at all happy about that.
