Weekend Caption Contest™ Winners

This week’s Weekend Caption Contest™ was full of the holiday spirit. The winners list just so happens to be a who’s who of regular participants, that’s just sort of how it turned out. There were many excellent captions not honored, so you’ll just have to go read through all the entries. The assignment this weekend was to caption the following picture:

Here are the winning entries:

1) (Jay Tea) – “Is this the line to get into the Rosie O’Donnell Thanksgiving Special?

No, it’s the line to get out of it.

2) (Rodney Dill) – “The loyal gather on Barack Friday.

3) (fustian) – “Is this the line for my Obama medical care?

4) (Pretzel Logic) – “Obama supporters line up at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave to get their bills paid!

5) (Baron Von Ottomatic) – “Someone call Paulson! The economy looks over-stimulated.

6) (Stephen Macklin) – “Applicants to replace Wizbang writer Jay Tea began lining up early.

The Readers Choice Award this week went to former Wizbang editor Jay Tea’s winning entry. In its place I offer another topical caption from a current Wizbang author which many will agree with…

(Peter F.) – “….sorry, friend, the end of the line for people banned from Wizbang Blue is wayyyyyy back there around the corner….”

That’s it for this weekend. A new edition of the Wizbang Weekend Caption Contest™ will debut Friday morning.
