TAMPA – Two men wound up in jail this morning after a heist that netted them $1.07 and three condoms, police say.
Joseph John Brey and Joseph Michael Wicks were arrested for stealing three LifeStyles condoms and $1.07 in change from an unlocked parked car about 1 a.m. today, their criminal arrest affidavits state.
The men took the items, valued at $4.07, from a 1999 Oldsmobile parked at 15501 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, according to the affidavits.
Wicks, of 6220 Nebraska Ave., was charged with auto burglary, petty theft and violating probation.
Brey, whose address was not known, was charged with auto burglary and petty theft.
