Massachusetts officials are pretty loud and vociferous about not being labelled as being friendly to sex offenders.

They have to be, whenever events like this occur…

    This is why castration, life in prison, or execution are the only ways to keep repeat offenders safe.

    Or a closed city. Let them live their lives semi-normally in a closed town in the middle of nowhere with no children allowed. The penalty for leaving is death.
