The new season of “The Amazing Race” starts tonight. meep November 16, 2004 argh! “Poisoning Pigeons in the Park” is cue-ing up in my brain! Thanks, J…. We’ve gained notoreity and caused much anxiety in the Audobon Society with our games… Paul November 16, 2004 Jay- When people say you have no life, it is just them being mean.. ignore them. P Kin November 16, 2004 Dude…by definition anyone who has seen the 6th season cannot die happy. It is the ultimate anti-happy. I’m sorry to say the second half of 7 was only something of an improvement. Just watch season 2 again. Then all will be well. Meanwhile JenLars is away for the afternoon. Go mess with her comments here. Master of None November 16, 2004 Life can be skittles, and it can be beer, but it can not ever be skittles and beer. Yuck! McGehee November 16, 2004 Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Especially if you haven’t yet seen the Firefly DVD set. And even then — there’s the Firefly movie that’s still in production. Gotta live long enough to see that. Chuckg November 16, 2004 I back up what Kin said. Happiness is pretending that the series ended after season 5. Unhappiness is having to confront the reality that Buffy was brought back from the dead so that everything she’d done right, everybody and every legacy she’d left behind after ‘The Gift’ that was a positive improvement on the world, could all be torn down, trampled, and sacrificed to feed the demands of a plot that, quite frankly, wasn’t worth it. And the First Evil is /lame/. Dr. Evil had better master plans. Jon November 16, 2004 Happier still to have the full set of Angel as well… 😉 Pat Reilly November 16, 2004 The sixth season of Buffy isn’t that bad… There is that one thing that happens that really really sucks (don’t want to spoil it for those who haven’t seen it), but I think that the finale series is freakin’ amazing. That and it’s the season with “Once More With Feeling”. Kin November 16, 2004 Ok… Once More With Feeling and Tabula Rasa were great stand alone episodes. I mean…really up there. But after that? Dude the season sucked. DrObviousSo November 16, 2004 No, happyness is stopping after season 5, and picking up Astonishing Xmen. That is real joy. Harvey November 16, 2004 “Life can be skittles, and it can be beer, but it can not ever be skittles and beer. Yuck!” What? You’ve never heard of “Skittlebrau“? Brian K. White November 16, 2004 As the author of probably half a dozen Skittlebrau experiments on GlossyNews.com, I can tell you that you are all partly right. Life CAN be Skittles AND beer, but oh my sweet Jesus, it is repugnant.
