How hot has it been in New England lately?
My friend Candy says her chickens are laying pre-fried eggs.
I'm almost willing to offer Al Gore a "massage" if he'll only bring "The Gore Effect" to New Hampshire.
I've decided to temporarily flee my beloved Granite State for more habitable climes -- the Baltimore/Washington area. (Yes, it's that time again...)
Our local Goths have changed to wearing pastels.
The local cinemas are showing YouTube videos with the slogan "hey, at least it's air-conditioned!" -- and selling out.
I could go on, but I gotta finish packing for my plane this afternoon...

You tube stuff is better than most of the crap they have out there now.
I recently wathced Robin Hood and couldnt believe how much it sucked.
The only consoling factor in it was that someone else had actually spent milllions to make it that bad.

Right after I post the electricity in my building goes out taking the tiny window ac with it. I can feel the heat rising fast. Sweating already. The animals are panting and lying motionless upon the floor. Hmmmm. That is a positive. Except their breath is atrocious and there is a lot of it.

In Houston, Texas, from June through September the temperature hovers around 100 and almost that in humidity. We in Texas adore Mr. Carrier. (the man that invented air conditioners) I have great respect for the pioneers. They were either very dedicated or nuts. Stay cool my friends. ww

Idiocy is reading more into the question "What Global Warming?" than what was conveyed by the words used.
And the current heat wave certainly doesn't disprove global warming -- and some say it is indeed an indicator, as follows:

The facts are that record breaking temperatures are being recorded more and more, and even the dyed in the wool deniers aren't denying that temperatures are on the increase, they just hate Al Gore so much they can't help but foam at the mouth when the question is raised.
Since the Whizbangers jump on every record snowfall with the question "What Global Warming" I thought I'd take the opportunity of blistering 100+ degree weather to ask the same question.
