Gotta go with Lincoln, T Roosevelt and Monroe.
Jefferson was one of our crucial founding fathers (even if he didn't sign the constitution) but I don't think he did anything as President that compares to what Lincoln did (nothing short of saving the country from destroying itself).
As to Madison v TR, I've always felt Madison kinda stumbled his way through his Presidency. He went to war without a clear battle plan, and a lot of misconceptions of how diffult it would be to annex Canada and how the indian tribes would react to our conflict, the White House was torched on his watch, and he is the only President who had to flee Washington to save himself (something Lincoln never did, even when the Confederate Army was at his doorstep). Had Jackson not delivered him a strong victory in the Battle of New Orleans the war would have been a disaster for the country, diplomaticaly speaking. Again, Madison was a great thinker and a crucial founding father, but as President I'd give the edge to TR.
As for Fluffy Roadkill, is that an Obama reference? If it is, I'm pretty sure its racist, although I couldn't for the life of me explain why.
