I have been saying the Democrats will do everything possible to win this election and I used the example of Al Franken's "win" over Norm Coleman. Well, what do you know, Marc Elias, the guy who found the votes that put Al Franken over the top in the Minnesota Senate race has set up camp in Massachusetts to work on behalf of Martha Coakley.
Surprised? You shouldn't be.
Update: There's a lot of talk at The Corner about the Coakley campaign making allegations about the integrity of the race. They are saying that five people have come forward claiming that they were given ballots premarked for Brown. Color me For all we know, these five people could be Democrat operatives/donors working on behalf of the Coakley campaign.
Update II: This is rich: Coakley's press release alleging ballot fraud was dated yesterday.
Update III: The Massachusetts Secretary of State is dismissing the charges of ballot fraud:
The Massachusetts secretary of state is discounting reports of voter irregularities in the state's Senate special election.A spokesman for Secretary of State William Galvin said Tuesday two reports of spoiled ballots could not be verified or found to be widespread.
In one case, someone voting in Cambridge claimed a ballot had already been marked for Republican Scott Brown. There was no way to verify the claim, but the ballot was destroyed.
In another case, a person in Boston reported finding a ballot inside a privacy folder also marked for Brown. Officials say it may have been left inadvertently by an earlier voter.
By the way, Galvin is a Democrat.

It might have been more believable if it hadn't been dated yesterday. Throw a lot of mud and hope that something sticks, the Dem way. mpw

I'm sure Marc has 'a trunk full' of votes for Martha. He's just waiting for the right moment to determine how many she needs, then he'll FIND THEM for her.
Such a gentleman.

Another thought. Is Marc paid a flat fee; by the hour; or by the number of votes needed?

"Coakley's press release alleging ballot fraud was dated yesterday."
See! Proof that the GOP is so evil and corrupt Coakley's campaign could see the fraud yesterday!

Damn that Microsoft Word and it auto inserts and auto edits... Those Dems have had a Rather big problem with that.

Per the Kerry "Campaign Instructions", I'm waiting for the 'outraged Black pastor' who's congregation WAS DENIED THE RIGHT TO VOTE. Got to come up soon. Polls will be closing soon.

Regardless of the outcome, I don't care what anyone says, this is Hilarious... "They don't want to be on television defending Martha Coakley. It's passé. It's socially unacceptable. I never dreamed I'd see Democrats in Massachusetts embarrassed to admit they're Democrats."
