When people said Joe Biden is a walking gaffe machine, they weren't kidding. In today's gaffe, Biden said Hillary would have been a better VP pick than he is. Lordy:
It was the Left that began floating that Sarah Palin would go the way of Thomas Eagleton, so who would have thought a couple of weeks later, Biden would essentially Eagleton himself.
Biden's not dropping out and Hillary's not stepping in for him, he's just trying to smooth things over with the Hillary voters. If Obama dropped Biden now he'd lose just as badly as McGovern did. Besides, Hillary would never go for it.

ABC News' Matthew Jaffe Reports: Barack Obama's vice-presidential nominee Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del., Wednesday said that Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-NY, might have been a better pick for the position than him.
At a rally in Nashua, New Hampshire, a man in the audience told Biden how glad he was that Obama picked him over Hillary "not because she's a woman, but because look at the things she did in the past."
"Make no mistake about this," Biden responded. "Hillary Clinton is as qualified or more qualified than I am to be vice president of the United States of America. Let's get that straight. She's a truly close personal friend, she is qualified to be president of the United States of America, she's easily qualified to be vice president of the United States of America and quite frankly it might have been a better pick than me."
Now if you think that was a joke Biden told, it might explain why you carry so much of ObamaMessiah's water, you don't know the definition of the word.

"It appears for the world that Ms. McCann and her family have decided to take after the guy's livelihood, that whatever who did what to whom has overridden good judgment," Superior Court Judge John Suddock said during an October 2005 hearing. Not mayor, but governor. Before Palin was even governor. It wasn't Sahara in particular, it was the her family, mostly Molly as she has claimed Wotten threatened to kill her father.
From the story: "Wooten was suspended for five days in March 2006, after state police commanders determined he had used a Taser on his 10-year-old stepson "in a training capacity," drove his patrol car while drinking beer and illegally shot a moose using his wife's hunting permit."
So what does an Alaskan police officer have to do to get fired, actually carry out the threat to murder someone? If Governor Palin had personal knowledge of such wrongdoing by a police officer and protected his job, then that would be corruption or cronyism. Let us know if you find any evidence of that.

It seems to me it might also bring into question the integrity of the democratic election process since as of this moment Biden continues his campaign speeches, along with Obama, attacking his opponents. It suggest this may have been planned well ahead of time. It is also very suspicious as its source is not noted.
On or about October 5th, Biden will excuse himself from the ticket, citing health problems, and he will be replaced by Hillary. This is timed to occur after the VP debate on 10/2. There have been talks all weekend about how to proceed with this info. generally, the feeling is that we should all go ahead and get it> out there to as many blog sites and personal email lists as is possible. I have already seen a few short blurbs about this - the 'healthproblem' cited in those articles was aneurysm. Probably many of you have heard the same rumblings. However, at this point, with this inside info from the DNC, it looks like this Obama strategy will be a go. Therefore, it seems that the best strategy is to get out in front of this Obama maneuver, spell it out in detail, and thereby expose it for the grand manipulation that it is.

DO YOU THINK ALASKANS SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO SECEDE, CONSERVATIVES, OR ARE YOU GOING TO REFUSE TO FACE UP TO THE QUESTION BY ANSWERING IT? Before you answer, understand this: if Alaskans did secede, they would get to keep all of Alaska's oil. Painful thought, isn't it?
Sarah Palin refused to denounce the secessionists, conservatives, instead opting to wish them well. And you support her.

That video was foisted on us by one of your fellow loonbats about 24 hours ago and it carries just as little weight now as it did then.
She was never a member of the AIP, her husband quit them years ago, and the straw your grasping was never a straw. It was a hope and a prayer, a hopey changful prayer.
That said, I'll pose the same question to you I asked of the other asswipe that posted the video:
herman, you are so obviously concerned about losing Alaska as a State, have you shown the same concern over these people?
If so where, how, when and gimme a link to it.
Or... are you a half-witted moron who has little to nothing between your ears with the possible exception of a couple of dust mites?

wbgonne - "Biden made a joke, you moron. You can't possibly be this stupid in real life. You people are pathetic."
Was it a joke, have you seen the entire quote to make that judgment?
Here you're obviously not one to count "context" in your judgement calls:
Biden on Biden

Dave,
Not mayor, but governor.

Speaking of veeps...about that Palin=Cheney thing the Dems are trying now - from the WaPo:
...Murkowski, attempted to negotiate a deal with the three oil companies that control the North Slope gas...His plan would have awarded the companies a long-term tax freeze in return for relatively weak commitments to actually build the pipeline...even though Vice President Cheney...lobbied hard for Mr. Murkowski's approach, Alaska's public and legislature balked...Ms. Palin rode criticism of Mr. Murkowski's deal to victory over him in the 2006 Republican gubernatorial primary and then to the governor's office later that year.

The simple answer is it stinks to high heaven and they, hard as it is to believe, don't want to touch it accept tangentially.
I know this may be hard to swallow, you being of the left variety of posters here, by read thru (not skim or avert eyes 'cause it's a right-wing site) this category dedicated to this "scandal."

The short of it is this "scandal" is a lot of hot air and crapola pushed by her political enemies.

Snoops does not say if this is true or not but if this occurred it would certainly stir the kettle.
