I don't know of a single climate change denier and it's unlikely that you do either. It's not about climate change, it's about global warming. Yes that's climate change, but so is global cooling. The issue is not even about global warming, but rather it's about human caused global warming. That's what the IPCC is reporting on. That's what's behind the "carbon footprint" idea. That's what carbon cap and trade is all about. Anyone who claims that's not the issue is a denier. You can't be taken seriously on this subject if you don't know or are unwilling to acknowledge what the real issue is.

The issue is about how to redistribute wealth and divert a goodly amount to carbon-trading schemers, corrupt UN officials and third-world despots.

I definitely saw some of this. It snowed (but didn't stick) on Badger Mountain, and got down to about 33 just outside of Coulee City. Crazy times.

We had snow on Easter Day this year.

For what its worth, Easter was VERY early this year - it's a highly variable holiday.

Climate changes all the time. I do not deny that. The fact is we cannot do anything to stop it, so we are wasting time and money trying instead of learning to adapt.

The Global Warming crowd is nothing more than dressed up Marxists/Communists/Stalinists finding a new way to control lives and limit freedoms while at the same time bringing the USA down.

In the fake Global Warming debate, the lefties and enviro whacko's continually move the goal posts. Now we can't say Global Warming, we have to say Climate Change. Less discriptive so they can bring in their millions with the fears they lay out there. ww

Actually WildWillie, it all depends on what the evidence is showing at any particular time. For example, if there is an exceptionally hot day, then it is evidence of Global Warming. If on the other hand, you have an exceptionally cold day, then it is evidence of Global Climate Change.

I think the only good thing to come of the fear festival that the GW group has done is really push the idea of living "green" more mainstream. More people are conscious of their decisions that effect the environment. The oil situation has also helped push this way of thinking. Look at the Organic foods popularity. Living with less chemicals,more efficient fuel burning vehicles,and energy saving housing ideas has become a much bigger part of our lives than ten years ago. Thats all I can come up with to give the GW any positive spin.
