This moderate Muslim is dead-on balls accurate (it's an industry term) when it comes to Iraq and America. It's a refreshing point of view, and likely one that more Democrats in Congress need to figure out than Iraqis do.

I actually am not sure about the guy on the top left, epador. I mean, yes, he was smirking. But I could go either way as to *why*. It could easily be because he was happy to hear the words and wanted to get out of the way and let it be said. I thought I saw him nod his head slightly, in fact, when the bird analogy was introduced. But again, I could be wrong.

The chick argues the point that "blood is spilled in Iraq every day. Is this the price of freedom?" Well yes, it is. Blood has always been the price of liberty. Does she not even consider all the blood spilled in Iraq for generations on end for the sole purpose of greed and power? Greed and power that is never satiated. Blood spilled for the benefit of a select few.

ROn Paul? Roiin PAul had his way, that particular GENTLEMAN would not be sitting there freely talking on TV/ He would, in fact, still be under the regime of Saddam Hussein. Don't _Sully_ him by bringing up that aspect of Ron Paul.

Thank God these seeds were planted in Iraq! Thank God for the American and Allied soldiers who facilitated that planting!
Let us all hope and pray that these seeds are allowed grow and flourish!

The woman's question immediately made me thing of Jeffersons quote:
The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
That is why the blood is spilt.
