The following video depicts Rudy Giuliani at a ceremony at the Jacksonville, Florida Veterans Memorial. You don't often see political candidates turning over the podium to others, but he invites several of the Gold Star parents in attendance to memorialize their own fallen sons. At one point, some idiot protester tries to interrupt, but both the Mayor and the mother at the microphone react with dignity.
Thanks to Ed Morrissey of Captain's Quarters.

Very compassionate. I'm hoping that a cure for his condition is found soon. Folks - together we can all work to rid the world of 9/11 Tourettes's.

My apologies for the oversight . . .

Maybe the context for the event is explained at Captain's, but what's up with the Rudy sign on the lectern? Kinda tacky, ain't it?

See? That's why I want Benito... err, Rudy to win, I love the way he makes lefty's heads explode.
And all the Benito Giuliani photoshops? Comedy gold. Do an image search for "Benito Giuliani" and prepare to be amused. They're much funnier than the BusHitler ones.

What amuses me is the pea-brains actually think they are being clever. Maybe the FIRST guy to come up with the nick, the first time he used it, was very slightly funny. But the drooling morons repeat it with the glee of an 8 year-old saying "ass" over and over.

Exactly my opinion of NY lefties. I don't know if you live near NYC, but bring him up in any random group of lefties and I guarantee you will immediately hear it and, if you're lucky, they'll do the "fist to heart" salute.
It's really very amusing.
