Edwards encourage... (Below threshold)1. Posted by Jumpinjoe | May 18, 2007 6:47 AM | Score: 0 (0 votes cast)
Of the two groups with boots on the ground in Iraq, our military personnel and terrorists, whom do you think will take Edward's message more serious?
A. Does Edwards really think our military people will say something like this about his stunt, " hey, he loves us, he really, really loves us. I want to vote for that guy.
Or
B. Terrorists see the message on your sign and they say, "the Americans are faltering even more, keep killing because it's working. The American's are on their last leg"
Ironic in this situation is that Edwards uses a day to honor our fallen to encourage terrorists to create more fallen for us to honor. All for the sake of winning over a bunch of lefty moonbats that are his primary constituency.

Is John Edwards going to get vets as mad at him as they were at John Kerry?

Ah yes, they abuse Veterean's Day, using it as their anti-war platform and now Memorial Day. Days reserved for veterans and the fallen and these self-absorbed little twits use it for another excuse to prance around in ridiculous costumes, carry misspelled signs and bang on their drums all day.

The ER season finale last night was all about being anti-war. A former soldier/translator got hurt and was in ER. He and his buddies had gone A doctor who treated him had lost someone in Iraq. We find that the soldier was forced to translate while other US soldiers tortured (very painfully) the enemy.
Then the last five minutes or so is of an anti-war march with the cliffhanger being an explosion right at the end.
I certainly question the timing.

Another excellent article Lori!
It is hard to put into words the evil of persons like Edwards. It makes my stomach crawl.

Don't worry, RD, the radical Islamists aren't going to abandon their quest just because the Democrats hope they do. I really don't fault the Dems for wishing it would be so; so do I. I fault them for believing that wishing is enough.
If wishes were horses, innocent only would fly.

It looks like to Edwards, Memorial Day is about the fallen soldiers the same way that university graduation is about the graduates...

Lori...your call that more should sacrifice is without meaning...
Perhaps you have served in our military...perhaps your son or daughter has served multiple tours in Iraq...
..but..just maybe...none of the above are true..
If anyone here has visited "The Wall" in D.C. and have observed us moving our fingers across names..
For you folks..who have/and never will experience
combat that is based on a lie...
Keep your...let others sacrifice rhetoric high..
...as for me..I will continue to attend the funeral of those troops who have died. I will continue to exchange conversations with those recent PDSD is no different than those of us who have been a part of the V.A. for a very long time...

I like your punctuation and writing style. The thought connections are pretty as displayed; really more effectively than in our more conventional, cribbed, writing style.
