I predict an "interesting" election coming up in 2008. This video and the Obama 1984 commercial show that the parties and the candidates no longer have any control over what campaign are placed on their behalf. The candidates may raise hundreds of millions of dollars but anyone who can produce a clever piece of video is going to have the eyes and ears of the country, if only for a little while.
The campaign may degenerate to a constant stream of demands by both sides demanding that the opposition candidate disavow something that was posted on YouTube by someone outside the campaign.
Maybe you could start your own Election Oscars competition for the best independent ads posted on YouTube.

How interesting. Hillary is a man, and John Edwards is a woman.
Oh yeah, and Howard Dean is a freak!

Hat down to ears, big plastic sunglasses, fake beard, t-shirt 'neath long-sleeve (comfortable!) shirt. Red courdoroy (?) pants 'round ample hips. Nom de plume of a character only a woman could think represents the archetypal red neck. I say it's one of Ann Coulter's "escorts". And is there such a thing as Psychoanthropology?
