John Hawkins at Right Wing News posted his list of the 10 worst quotes from Democratic Underground for 2006. They are all pretty shocking, but for me the stupidest has got to be number 3:
Hmmmmmm
Finally it's all coming together. Clearly it was Bush who tried to have Reagen wiped out. Given how evil Bush and his family is, it's really the only logical explanation. For those of you who doubt this theory ask yourself the following questions.
1. Who would benefit if President Reagan had died?
2. Given their total lack of regard for human life, why would the BFEE refrain from rubbing out Ronnie?
3. Can you prove that Bush didn't have a hand in the Reagan assassination attempt?...
Read the rest of John's list. The quotes are quite funny, but in a pathetic and scary sort of way.

If those commentators are so fed up with the US, why don't they just immigrate to a country where they won't be so unhappy. Seems like a hard way to live your life; with so much anger. Hard to figure why most of the world wants to move here when we are doomed.
I don't suppose that there is any chance that they might one day figure out, that they are actually the problem.

Kim, I know it sounds preposterous, but I remember hearing from someone personally that LBJ's staff were all smiles and tittering in 'Air Force One' that day returning from Dallas with Kennedy's devestated staff. Bush senior was another very ambitious and I think probably ruthless politician (I am not suggesting anything more)..But is worth noting and let us hope only out of embarrassment's sake and deference to Bush senior, that the media and the Reagan administration attempt, played down the strong family ties between the Hinkleys and the Bushes following the assassination attempt.
