Drudge has the headline: It's You!
YOU were named TIME magazine 'Person of the Year' Saturday for the explosive growth and influence of user-generated Internet content such as 'blogs', video-file sharing site YouTube and social network MySpace... You -- YES, YOU -- beat out candidates including Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, China's President Hu Jintao, North Korean leader Kim Jong-il and Speaker-elect Nancy Pelosi... YOU, YOU, YOU....
Update: Here's the cover story just updated online.

WE helped frame the issues, and helped discuss and work out the answers, that decided the 2006 election and set this great country of ours on a new and better course.
Nicely done, y'all.

This is so weak and bogus.
It reminds me when I told a Soldier that he was now Time's Person of the Year - the American Soldier. He was in Iraq.
He said, "I wish the year was over."

I think it is safe to say that most of the people that read this blog also take a look at Drudge pretty regularly. Other than giving a forum to comment, what's the point of just repeating the story here?

Of course Time would pick "YOU" as person of the year. By "You" they mean of course the idiots who read Time, and of course those same idiots are the ones responsible for Voting the Republicans out of office, which made Time happy. What a crock.

It's lame and they obviously couldn't come up with a good enough reason to name Obama the person of the year yet as he actually hasn't done anything. But that won't stop them from supporting him for president, or anything else.
