Someone mentioned this in the original contest; that photo is clearly photoshopped. Just look at Chavez's neck. Either that or he's got some serious gang green problems due to his countries health care suckiness.

Pat, I think you just need to get a better monitor. The only problem, that I can see, with Chavez's neck is that his head is still attached to it.
