9:43 pm: Mike DeWine has been declared the winner in the senate GOP primary.
10:00 pm: Ted Strickland has been declared the winner of the Democratic Primary race for governor.
10:05 pm: Sherrod Brown has been declared the winner of the Democratic Primary for senate. He will run against Mike DeWine.
