A few years ago, when Battlebots was all the rage, one of the episodes featured a finalist (the maker of Biohazard, IIRC) with a mostly paralyzed cat. He had constructed a motorized box for his cat with two button: one that made the box go forward and another that made it turn right. There was much footage of the cat amusing itself by driving this box around.

Sort of looks like Nardo. Except Nardo's got bigger feet and he's significantly dumber.
