Details are few... but by definition it is not good news.
It is on the London Ave canal. There was another break there last week. It doesn't sound that bad but I'll update as needed.
UPDATE: I have a source who tells me it was NOT a levee break. That it was just a pump that was pumping water so hard it was splashing back over the levee. No confirmation from the MSM but I trust my source more than the MSM anyway,
