He wants a legacy ... someone to carry on
And you light up my life
You give me hope
To carry on
You light up my days
And fill my nights with song

If we all had dollars for every person who needs a captive audience and a salary without the possibility of being fired, easily if at all, and who never gave teaching as a profession a second glance before having to teach, we'd all be rich and classroom free.
Which explains why so many liberals resort to lecturing, err, "teaching": all they have to do is equate questions with failure and their paradigms are complete.

I agree you wouldn't want Shrum to run a presidential campaign, but he did serve as an adviser on 26 winning Senate campaigns.

Is this the same Shrum that just joined that balmy senator's staff? (the one that closed down his office because of his fear of terrorist attack)
