Some have wondered what's the big deal about interns, especially congressional interns?
Government jobs suck the life out of you. Fresh faced interns remind DC of why they came to our nations seat of power. Spring on the Hill is a thing to behold; young coeds away from home, trying to play 'grown up' and work for a righteous cause. Youth, idealism, energy - what's not to like about that? Of course Washington beats down their youth and idealism pretty quick.
