Tip: Avoid the outer loop from Bethesda towards Tyson; the inner loop from the American Legion Bridge to Sliver Springs; the inner and outer loop at the Springfield mixing bowl; and the outer loop at the Wilson Bridge. That covers a good 25% of the combined 200 or so miles of the inner and outer loops.

Don't forget I-66 west. It's a parking lot most nights from I-495 to Rt 50...
