Courtesy of a WSJ article on the privacy concerns with the new generation of mobile phones with built-in cameras: Digital Shoplifting - Using a cell phone camera in a bookstore to snap pictures of pages of books or magazines. Especially useful for getting recipes and similar short content. Newer phones available in Japan have picture quality in the range of low end digital camera (1-2 megapixels) and are pretty useful for digital shoplifting.
