When you share files with someone, you're also sharing files with everyone that person has shared files with, and so on and so on.
Practice safe file-sharing.

I'm just waiting for the turf wars between rival filesharing gangs. Personally, I think courts should encourage MP3 addicts to go the treatment route as an alternative to jail, but that's just me.
As long as we can send Shakira-interdiction flights over Colombia, I'm fine with punishment, though.
